Serial ticket bookings in Linda Line´s ticket offices, online, by phone 09-66897050 or by e-mail sales@lindaline.fi.
When reserving a trip serial ticket holders must first give their card number and inform of following: the direction or directions, date, time, passenger´s first and last name, sex, date of birth and nationality.
It is possible to change date of trip, time and passenger information (name, date of birth, nationality) in your reservation. When checking-in a ticket and boarding card are printed out to the passenger, once they show their serial ticket. The boarding card has to be taken out at latest 30 minutes before the departure, if not made in time, trip will be charged from the serial ticket automatically.
Reservations can be changed and cancelled Mon-Fri 9:00-17:00.
In case of cancelled trip due to bad weather conditions or other circumstances not dependent on Linda Line (force majeure), a passenger with reservation on serial ticket may be directed to another contractual ship (depending on reservation situation on contractual lines, doesn´t concern Tourist Class Economy serial ticket). Serial ticket has to be first registered in Linda Line´s ticket office and only then passenger is able to go on board the contractual ships.
In case of lost serial ticket, the owner has to go to the Linda Line´s ticket office and fill in a corresponding form, notifying the company that he/she has lost his/her serial ticket or that it was stolen. The owner of the lost/stolen serial ticket can obtain a new one for 5 EUR. This new serial ticket includes trips that were still unused. Linda Line is not responsible for misuse of lost/stolen serial ticket. The applications are processed only Mon-Fri and a new serial ticket will be issued to the owner of the lost/stolen serial ticket after one business day.
