ACCESS TO HOTEL ROOMS
According to standard international practice, hotel rooms are available at 2 pm and rooms must be checked out latest at 12 noon on the day of departure.

CURRENCY
Currency in Estonia is called Estonian Kroon (EEK); one kroon is ca. 0,06 € and 1 € is ca. 15,65 kroons. There’s currency exchange in our terminals both in Helsinki (Makasiiniterminaali) and Tallinn (Linnahall- harbour), no currency exchange on board.

Valid customs regulations are available on the internet at www.tulli.fi.

GIFT VOUCHER
When reserving a trip, please inform us about the gift voucher. Only valid during the period mentioned in the gift voucher. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and can not be used on other contractual ship of Linda Line. If cancellation occurs, gift voucher can be used on Linda Lines vessels on later season. When paying trip with special gift voucher, additional passenger fee of 5 euros/ person/ trip will be charged.

METHODS OF PAYMENT AND CURRENCY EXCHANGE
On board:
We accept both Euros and Estonian Kroons. Also all Finnish bank cards, American Express, Diners Club, VISA, Eurocard and Mastercard. There is no money exchange on board.

Helsinki sales office:
We accept only Euros. Also all Finnish bank cards, American Express, Diners Club, VISA, Eurocard, Mastercard, VISA Electron and Maestro. There is also currency exchange available in the terminal.

Tallinn terminal:
We accept only Estonian Kroons. Also all Estonian bank cards, VISA, Eurocard, Mastercard, American Express, VISA Electron and Maestro. In Linnahalli's store and in bar we accept also euros. There is also currency exchange available in the port.

PARKING
In front of Makasiini terminal in Helsinki there is a parking lot (max. 48 hours). Parking is for an extra fee; tickets can be bought from an automat (we recommend to have Euro coins at hand!). Nearby is located P-Tähtitorninvuori parking (address: Laivasillankatu 20) tel +358 9 6969 3052. Linda Line´s serial ticket clients get 15 % discount for parking in P-Tähtitorninvuori. Serial ticket has to be registered when paying. Other Linda Line’s clients get 10 % discount for parking in P-Tähtitorninvuori. Discount tickets are available in Linda Line’s check-in.
In Linnahalli port there are limited parking places available free of charge for 15 minutes. Also there is a payable parking place just 100 m from the port.

PASSENGERS WITH DISABILITIES, INCLUDING VISUAL AND AUDITORY IMPAIRMENTS
To ensure safety, we recommend that disabled, visually and hearing impaired passengers and anyone requiring a guide to travel only in the company of a guide (inform check in at the port if there is no guide).Guide dogs for the visually impaired passengers can travel for free.

RESTRICTIONS ON BAGGAGE
Each passenger may carry on baggage measuring 80 x 50 x 100 cm or with corresponding proportions whose weight does not exceed:

Overweight baggage is subject to additional charges as follows:
EACH ADDITIONAL 10 kg = 6,50 € /100 EEK

The following baggage is not weighted: handbags, umbrellas, baby carriers or baby bags, baby carriages and carts, walking sticks and crutches and wheelchairs. It is prohibited for passengers to bring to the terminal or onboard the ship baggage that is dangerous or disruptive to others or their baggage or to the terminal, including flammable or explosive goods, firearms or weapons. The carrier has the right to move such baggage to the land, make it harmless or destroy it at the passenger’s expense and without bearing any obligation of reimbursement. For security reasons, the carrier has the right to search passengers hand luggage and other bags at the terminal and on board.

SAFETY
All passengers are required to follow the rules and safety procedures on board the ships. Linda Line reserves the right to refuse to sell a ticket or prevent a person from boarding the ship in case there is any chance the person might cause harm with his/her misbehaviour to other passengers or to the company. Passengers must learn the safety regulations on board the ships.

TIME
There is no time difference between Finland and Estonia. The time is +2 hours GMT
