Bookings can be made via e-mail as well. E-mails are answered in the order of arrival during our ticket office opening hours. We try to asnwer all e-mails in 48h.

 

To save time and avoid the need to send several e-mails, we ask you to provide us with following information in your first e-mail:

• Dates and times of the travel
• Back-up times if your selected departures happen to be sold out
• Amount of the passengers
• Passenger first and last names
• Dates of birth (day, month, year)
• Nationalities
• Contact telephone number (cellular phone) provided with the country code.
